“AINE II” (pronounced awn-yah) is a representation of the Seacow Head Lighthouse in Prince Edward Island. I gave this piece this Irish name, because it means radiance and light. It is the name given to the Irish Celtic goddess of summer and sun. I am not Irish but I couldn’t find a more fitting name as a title to this painting. This piece is nothing short of radiance and splendor.
